• Are you ready to crack interview? Firstly , you have to be prepared to respond convincingly  to the employers' questions that they typically ask . Since these questions are so common , so the hiring authority expect from you to give them answers smoothly without any fear or any hesitation with a calm mind. Don't put yourself under stress.

• You don't need to cram the answer , but you should think about what you are going to say.

• The interview is widely used process of screening applicants for  jobs.
• It provides the direct information about a candidate , his / her skills, background, and personality types.

BEFORE THE INTERVIEW:

• Do an assessment of yourself .

• Update your resume.

• Research the organization in details.

• Prepare the list of commonly asked questions.

• Dress appropriately in formals, first impression is your last impression.

• Take care of personal grooming and cleanliness ,nail cut, shave beard etc

• Reach 10-15 min early to the interview venue.

• You should be acquainted with exact time and venue of  the interview .

DURING INTERVIEW:

• Treat everybody with politeness and respect.

• Greet everybody

• Be an attentive listener to understand the hiring authority  question.

• Address the interviewer as sir/mam.

• Be brief and concise in your answer.

• Always ask for clarification if you don't understand the question ,instead of answering wrong .

• Display your interest in the  interview and job.

DON'T OF AN INTERVIEW:

• Don't  take a seat until you are offered.

• Don't show lack of interest during the interview.

• Don't make them feel that you are only interested  in money or salary .

• Don't chew gum.

• Don't keep your mobile phone ON during interview.

• Don't leave in a hurry.

•  Make minimum use of fillers like okay, you , know etc..
