Sometimes we have to share our presentation with a colleague or on a you tube or on any other platform. This can happen that the other person is not having power point installed on his pc , So this is a very good idea to convert your presentation into a video file so that it can be share with anyone. Power point can export the presentation slides into a video. One of the best thing about exporting your power point slide into a video file is that video also includes all your animations and transitions. How to convert your power point to a video quickly?
Let's go through how to convert a power point(PPT) file into a video with audio also included. Power point will export all your animations and transitions when you export a file as a video.
First open your power point presentation.
- Go to file > Export > click on create a video.
There are several setting before you export your final finished video:-
You can choose or set your power point video quality. Higher the quality selected larger will be the finished file.
To add the audio :-
Voiceovers are very helpful , when you want to share your voice or any audio with the video.
- Now click on Record timings and narrations.
Now a dialog box will appear will appear with two options
Slide and animations timings - Checked this box to record the amount of time.
Narrations, ink and laser pointer- Checked this box to record audio from your computer default microphone
You can Checked/select both the options.
- Click on start recording .
Now you will be forwarded into a full screen view of your presentation .You can leave each slide on a screen for the amount of time it should appear in final video. Basically in this step power point is recording the live of your PPT .
When you reach the end of your presentation slide, Automatically power point will exit back to the menu.
- Now click on Create video. Now save as window will appear. Now create a folder and filename for your final video.
Now in save as type -- here you can choose the appropriate format for your final video.
